TIBBS + Acceleration Workout Packages Semi-private TIBBS Basketball Workouts paired with Avera Sport Institute’s Acceleration program. Private Workout Packages (1 player per coach) – 1 hour per workout Guaranteed one on one instruction with 1 player and 1 TIBBS instructor. We will focus on every aspect of basketball while working on areas specific to the player’s wants and needs. We will work to develop the best workout program that fits each player’s specific needs that can be implemented outside of our facility. With the one-on-one workouts, our instructors will be active in pushing players to excel while providing direct feedback through continued drills and repetitions.
4 Workouts - $170 8 Workouts - $320
Semi-Private Workout Packages (2-3 players per coach) – 1 hour per workout These workouts focus on every aspect of basketball by implementing highly specific feedback and direct, individual instruction. Each player will be grouped with one coach and one or two other players of the same age and skill level. Along with the development of skills, we will focus on developing confidence through positive motivation and enjoyment.

Small Group Packages (4-7 players per coach) – 1 hour per workout Organize your own group of players to workout with one of our coaches. The focus of these workouts will be the same as the individualized packages. An overall emphasis on individual fundamentals and skills relating to every aspect of the game will be highlighted.

COMPETITIVE ACADEMIES – 1 hour 15 min. per session Our individualized and small group options focus primarily on individual skill development while the academies will provide players opportunities to learn how to play within a team structure. Each academy session will consist of team drills and fundamentals and then competitive scrimmages to apply their individual and team skills. This is a great option for a player to have an opportunity to get practice and repetitions in a competitive environment. TIBBS instructors will act as teacher, coach, and referee during the sessions.
8 Week Program - $120 per player
TEAM INSTRUCTION – (8 or more players) 1 hour per practice We will run your practice for your team while giving players and coaches things to work on. These practices are designed to develop team strategies and cohesiveness. The focus is more on the team rather than individual skills and how the individuals work together as a team. Coaches are more than welcome to attend while we practice with the team. We can adjust the practice to fit your needs and will adjust our focus to your areas of concern. Court rental is included in the player fees!!
