TIBBS in SIOUX CITY - Four Seasons Health Club

Now OPEN at the FOUR SEASONS!!

TIBBS Basketball is offering basketball training for players of all ages at the Four Seasons Health Club - Central Location.  TIBBS will be combining with the St. Luke’s Acceleration Program and offering basketball instruction and the option to recieve discounted rates for Acceleration’s speed and agility training.

Individuals and Small Groups can purchase workout packages of 4, 8, and 12 workouts. The workouts can be used at the player’s discretion as there is not an expiration date on the workouts once purchased. Each workout is one hour long.

Workouts will be scheduled on an individual basis. Player to coach ratios and program rates will remain the same. The schedule will be determined by the time of year. Currently, we are  providing scheduling options on Thursdays at 5:15 pm / 6:15 pm / 7:30 pm.  Please contact us for more information.

St. Luke's Acceleration
St. Luke's Acceleration will focus on basketball specific movements. TIBBS participants have the option of signing up with Acceleration at the Four Seasons at discounted rates. The acceleration program can help you achieve your athletic performance goals. St. Luke's Acceleration features include:

  • · Agility and balance
  • · Power and quickness
  • · Strength and stamina
  • · Neuromuscular coordination.
  • · Basketball specified speed, agility, quickness and power
  • · An increase in vertical jump by up to 4-inches
  • · Improved confidence and self-esteem
