TIBBS Basketball is offering basketball training for players of all ages at the Four Seasons Health Club - Central Location. TIBBS will be combining with the St. Luke’s Acceleration Program and offering basketball instruction and the option to recieve discounted rates for Acceleration’s speed and agility training.
Individuals and Small Groups can purchase workout packages of 4, 8, and 12 workouts. The workouts can be used at the player’s discretion as there is not an expiration date on the workouts once purchased. Each workout is one hour long.
Workouts will be scheduled on an individual basis. Player to coach ratios and program rates will remain the same. The schedule will be determined by the time of year. Currently, we are providing scheduling options on Thursdays at 5:15 pm / 6:15 pm / 7:30 pm. Please contact us for more information.
