	1st 30-40 Minutes - Drills / Fudamentals / Repetitions


	2nd 30-40 Minutes - Competive Scrimmages / Game Situations

	The TIBBS Academies will provide players with fundamental instruction and offer competitive scrimmage situations for players to apply thier skills. TIBBS Staff will teach, coach, and officiate throughout the program.


	During Academy Workouts, our TIBBS staff will act as coach and referee. We will stop and teach as needed. Players will be given ample opportunity to play, compete, and learn the game. We will cover all aspects of the game during the program while keeping our overall focus still on individual player development.
